As an associate agent, I am part of one of the strongest networks of professional REALTORS®. I earn my living by serving the needs of home buyers and sellers with integrity and high motivation to make a move in today's real estate market.

The Skilled Service

A large part of my work is performed behind the scenes; previewing homes, researching comparable sales, gaining market knowledge, evaluating changing legislation, and maintaining my professional credentials through continuing education. For every hour I spend showing you homes, I will have spent up to 10 hours preparing for the benefit of you to have the highest service. I am constantly acquiring information that will help me to better serve you with your real estate market needs.

How I Am Compensated

It is important that you understand and agree to how I get paid. I work entirely and solely on commission, which I receive only if I initiate and complete a transaction for you. All of the services that I provide are uncompensated unless you have purchased or sold a home using my services. Real estate commissions are traditionally paid at the close of escrow.

Your Commitment To Me

As I will be investing a substantial amount of time and effort in locating or selling your home, and that I will be representing you with unequaled integrity throughout the process of your purchase or sale of your home. In return, I request your loyalty; a commitment that you will work with me, exclusively, in the purchase or sale of your home.

Me Working For You

If you see any home that interests you, ask me about it. It is my job to look out for your best interest. Whether it is advertised by sign, newspaper, a "For Sale By Owner", listed with another agent, online, or not on the market. It is my duty after our mutual agreement to professionally represent you in your pursuit of property.

As a seller I will market your property with every tool that I have at my disposal to ensure that your property is being marketed and shown, so that your home will sell in the shortest amount of time possible for the best market price so that you can move forward with your current plans and goals.
